Summer Schedule

Take time for yourself and experience the elegance of ballet. Our adult classes are designed to improve strength, posture, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while enjoying beautiful movement in a supportive, judgment-free environment. No previous ballet experience is required.

Fall Schedule - Starting August 17th

Beginner Ballet + Core

Our Beginner Ballet + Core class is the perfect introduction to ballet for teens and adults with little or no previous dance experience.

Students learn the fundamentals of classical ballet in a welcoming, supportive environment while developing strength, flexibility, posture, balance, coordination, and confidence. Each class combines traditional ballet training with targeted core-strengthening exercises designed to improve stability, alignment, and overall body awareness.

Ballet Classes

Our Adult Ballet class is designed for dancers who have a basic understanding of ballet and are ready to continue developing their technique, artistry, and confidence.

Classes focus on classical ballet training through barre, center work, adagio, turns, and allegro, while refining posture, musicality, flexibility, coordination, and strength.

Dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves in a supportive and inspiring environment where individual growth is celebrated.

Wednesday & Friday - 7:30 pm
