As our school grew, so did our vision. Becoming a conservatory
reflected our commitment to creating a more complete approach to
dance education—bringing together strong training, artistry,
performance, and personal growth.
Proudly rooted in Miami, we continue to evolve while staying true
to what has always mattered most: giving every dancer a place to
learn, belong, and become.
The Woman Behind the Vision
Myriam’s approach to teaching has been shaped by a lifetime in ballet,
but Ayala Ballet Conservatory was built around something even more
personal: the kind of environment she believes every young dancer
deserves.
Her work with the American Ballet Theatre® National Training
Curriculum brought greater structure and intention to that
vision, while Brickell City Ballet created another
avenue for dancers to experience the artistry, discipline, and
excitement of performance.
Through it all, her philosophy has remained the same: dancers should be
challenged without being diminished, encouraged without lowering
expectations, and recognized as individuals with their own path.
Today, that philosophy continues to guide Ayala Ballet Conservatory
and the opportunities created for its dancers.
